I work in allied health and my profession revolves around caring for people; I teach a weekly kid’s karate class which is very high energy and a lot of fun. I’m also a qualified yoga instructor, and I feel this brings a lot stability and balance to both myself and the kids (and adults) I work with.
I’m an avid reader and love reading with kids, whatever their level. I also enjoy cooking and baking (I’m a qualified nutritionist), arts and crafts and gardening.
I have my current senior first aid and Working With Children’s check.
Childcare experience:14 months au pairing in Switzerland; included school drop off and pick up, preparing meals, school holiday care and solo care for up to a week while parents were away for work.
